Pricing and Licensing

  • Pedro Ferr Photography uses a creative fee + per-image licensing model:

    • Creative fee covers planning, on-site capture, and calibrated workflow

    • Image licensing is billed separately per image

    • Editing is included in the per-image fee

    • Third-party usage (suppliers, publications, contractors) requires a separate licensing agreement

  • Yes. When multiple parties, for example, an architect, interior designer, and furniture supplier, all benefit from the same images, cost-sharing makes collaboration easier:

    • Each party agrees before the shoot

    • Each party receives all licensed images

    • One client provides direction

    • One client manages feedback

    • One client is billed

    A 30% surcharge applies per additional party, divided equally.
