This website, pedroferrphoto.com, is operated by Pedro Ferr (Pedro Andrade Lacerda Ferreira), an architectural and interior photographer based in Doha, Qatar. This policy explains what personal data the site collects, why, and what choices you have.

What I collect

Information you send me. If you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address, message and any other details you choose to enter, including how you heard about me. If you email me or message me on WhatsApp, I receive whatever you send, along with your email address or phone number.

Information collected automatically. If you accept cookies, the site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to record how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. It also uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how visitors from Meta platforms interact with the site. Squarespace, which hosts the site, also collects basic technical data such as IP address and browser information to deliver and secure the site.

Why I use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss a project.

  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

  • To measure the results of my marketing on Instagram and Meta platforms.

  • To keep the site secure and working.

I do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, decline all, or manage your choices. If you decline, analytics and advertising cookies are not used. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the cookies for this site in your browser, which shows the banner again. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Who else sees your data

I use a small number of service providers to run the site and communicate with you: Squarespace (hosting and the contact form), Google (Analytics and email) and Meta (Pixel and WhatsApp). These providers process data under their own privacy policies, and some are located outside Qatar. I share your data with other parties only if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry emails and messages for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of business communication. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics.

Your rights

You can ask me to tell you what personal data I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To do this, email contact@pedroferrphoto.com. I will reply within a reasonable time.
